2006Skins Posted September 24, 2007 Share Posted September 24, 2007 Offense: When JC has the playbook to his disposal he is a hard qb to stop. JC did show a lot of second guessing but when the game is on his shoulders he CAN lead this team and we haven't had that in a long time. Defense: This is still a top flight defense. They were just on the field too much. Lets not forget our D stepped up and got us 3 takeaways. For you mathematicians thats triple of what we've had all season. They kept us in the ball game with 2 three and outs late in the game when they were dog tired from being on the field the entire 2nd half. All in all I think the skins will be one of those teams that will kick it up in the 2nd half of the season. Should we have won the game? YES Should there have been different play calls, especially in the second half and especially in the end of the game? Probably. But despite all this lets not forget a fantastic 1st half and that if we stick to what got us the lead then we can really win a lot of games this year.
