I disagree. Change in and of itself does not equal progress. We have three young talented receivers, all of whom have enough speed to be effective in the NFL. I think a big problem with the passing game for most of the year was lack of arm strength at QB and lack of experience at WR, there should be a lot of progress in both those areas by next season, even if the team doesn't add another WR. But if they go get one, thats fine by me, its just not what I would do.
