funny stuff. The older we get the more we realized how unhealthy most processed foods are for us. My rule of thumb though is anything in moderation is good. Going overboard and loading up on sugars all day with no fresh fruit or vegetables, and tons of carbs designed to raise your glucose levels is guaranteed to make one fat and obese.

Today is my cheat day. Beer, wings, and nachos for the games:-)
