Ellis Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 So I caught a lot of Rockfish over the weekend outside of Deale, MD. There were 8 of us and we caught our limits of 2 each. But since some of my friends don't know how to cook or even grill (SHAME on them), they gave me their fish and now I have 6 filets I want to cook. I want to make a nice meal from these filets. Every recipe I have found on the internet is the basic version... Buttered with lemon and a dash of salt & pepper. BORING. I know this one as well as the other famous "mix mayo and dijon" recipe.
