If this were a sedan, would this awful headline have ever been written? Doubtful. But then again, just today my Santa Fe was egging me on to commit horrible acts of violence: "You sof' son, you aint' repping realness out here in Seatown, you needz to get up on this murder ****, son. Enough of this 'honor' and 'morality' ish, do you know how many murdaz a Santa Fe got to do before he even gets the badge on his back? You got to earn that driver's seat, dawg, not sitting there at a traffic light NOT robbing muthas!"

SUV crashes into store, perhaps in attempt to steal guns

Robbers smashed a vehicle into an Orlando gun shop this morning for the second time in less than a year, possibly searching for weapons.

Orlando police said that at 4:22 a.m., someone drove a stolen white sport utility vehicle over the curb and through the metal gates of Al's Army Navy Store at 23 N. Orange Blossom Trail, just north of W. Central Boulevard.

The suspect left the SUV abandoned in the twisted gates before taking off. The vehicle was reported stolen a few days ago, police said.

This is the second time owners at the gun shop will need to replace the metal gates because of thieves ramrodding a car through the store.

In August 2006, several thieves crashed a car through the front gates of Al's Army Navy Store and stole numerous handguns from the glass cases.

Police said guns seem to have been the target in today's crash as well.

"Our preliminary investigation indicates that there seems to be some missing firearms," said Orlando Lt. April Hastings. "We're very concerned with this because it might put more weapons out on the street, and that's a danger to everyone.
