Chief skin
Hakim is most likely to be available on the open market so is Spurrier interested? Hakim is a speedster but, he does cough up the ball and he is not a posession reciever he is a play maker.
SB33
No, fumbles too much. Even Martz removed him from returning kicks. Resign Westie
riggins44
Depends on the price. I think we need to give
Skaggs a good look. This kid had some speed as
well.
Buddha
Someone is going to overpay for Hakim because the free agent market for WRs is unremarkable AND there are very few pure speedsters available in the draft. By my count, there could be at least 20-25 WRs drafted with the vast majority being medium-sized possession-type receivers.

If he wants a big bonus from the Skins, it's going to have to in a contract for at least 5 years. And I wouldn't give him more than a $4 million bonus at that. And if that isn't enough, then the Chiefs can have him.

21...
OrangeSkin
I can very easily picture Az-Hakim in a 'Skins uni. He's got blazing speed, and the fumble problem can be overlooked, especially if he makes some plays.
TennesseeCarl
The really sad thing is that Az-Hakim has probably no more talent or speed than Albert Connell. If only AC had been gifted with a brain.
Terry
Does he fumble more because he runs the crossing routes over the middle, and is getting popped more by linebackers and safeties?

As near as I can find out, he has 8 fumbles as a receiver/rusher in his career, losing 4. The bulk of his fumbles have come as a returner.
