TD Riggo
I thought that the NFL made a statement during last season that they would no longer blackout NFL-ST games that were also available on the local channel. This has been a problem for two reasons: (1) As the season progresses, the affiliates sometimes change the games they carry at the last minute and it is too late for the guide data to be changed. So us poor schlubs who schedule a recording on the TiVo come home to find a 4 hour recording of a blank screen. (2) When the 4:00 game comes on, if the local affiliate is playing the local team and the game goes long, we miss out on the beginning of the game that we wanted to see at 4:00. Today, they blacked out the same game that was running locally promptly at 1:00 pm. I'm fed up with this nonsense when I'm paying $200 plus per season for the last 11 years! Does anyone know what the deal with this might be? Did they change their minds?
