bsmsss Posted August 20, 2006 Share Posted August 20, 2006 is our back ups arent very good--the skins havent had many draft picks over the past 2-3 yrs--they spend must of there money on big name free agents thus our depth sucks the starters are very good and most of these starters havent played much at all-heck last night the offense didnt have moss(one series),llyod,portis--do you expect the o to click without 3 of there best players????/ lets face it our starting 22 when they are on the field look very good--its the depth or lack of thats showing up in preason games our #2 qb is the same-- if brunnell goes down we are in big big trouble--campbell isnt ready this is what one should expect when you trade all your drafts picks away --the draft picks are your back ups ,and future starters--undrafted free agents are what they are for a reason trading camp tackling dummies for the most part Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Pete Posted August 20, 2006 Share Posted August 20, 2006 It also shows that while as a complete squad, they are not up to snuff, you will never see them as a squad on the field in a real game. Plug a guy in for spot duty, and there are ways to compensate for a weekness he may have. A team is a sum of it's player, and your looking at the second team.
