When it comes to community service, Baltimore Ravens tight end Daniel Wilcox has always gone beyond the call of duty. But, over the next two weeks, Wilcox will certainly be all he can be, as he embarks on at 12-day tour of Afghanistan to show his support for troops of the United States Army.

Organized by his agency, Koeberle & Associates, Wilcox will be joined by Pittsburgh Steelers tackle Trai Essex, Washington Redskins linebacker Robert McCune and two New Orleans Saints cheerleaders to boost morale and drop off some supplies from home.

This is a wonderful testament to his character and it also reveals exactly what type of man he really is, May God bless and protect you Robert. !! :laugh:

I love Robert's story too and that he keeps doing these types of things.:applause:

On the field he is one of the best athletes in the NFL, though he is older than most 1 year players I think he could develop into a devastating force even if it is only situationally or at the least - special teams.
