The ceiling is what the the cap will be set at each year, whatever that may be. Bracket and set a percentage after a certain point with the salary cap. Salary Cap 2006 ---------------- Cap Limit: 110 Mil 100 - 102 (2% of 110 Mil) 103 - 105 (4% of 110 Mil) 106 - 108 (6% of 110 Mil) 109 - 110 (8% of 110 Mil) Kind of what Baseball is currently using today, but the NFL has a cap.
