SouthernSkinsFan
Okay, so it's boring without much Redskins news. (We didn't hire any coaches today, did we?) So I thought I would toss out a Super Bowl trivia question for you. Think about this before you answer. Who was the first team to win an NFL Championship in the Super Bowl? You have 60 seconds.... Seabee1973
Green Bay.Who is the ONLY player to be Super Bowl MVP AND be on the losing team?? actually the answer to the first one would be Baltimore as proir to that the Nfl and afl both had its own championships and they started playing each other for the championship in 66 fro the first for the NFL representative played in the world championship game/superbowl. SouthernSkinsFan
Actually the answer to the first one would be Baltimore as prior to that the NFL and AFL both had its own championships and they started playing each other for the championship in 66. For the first four, the NFL representative played in the world championship game/superbowl. Ding, ding, ding....we have a winner. Green Bay won the first two Super Bowls, but they were already NFL Champions. Kansas City beat Minnesota in the last Super Bowl before the merger. The first Super Bowl played after the AFL-NFL merger was considered the first Super Bowl for an NFL Championship. It was the Baltimore Colts vs. Dallas Cowboys. WR/K Jim O'Brien kicked a game-winning field goal. The Cowboys had to wear their blue uniforms. They never look right in those things.
