TradeTheBeal!
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/5234124 He has the audacity to rank us as the 7th best defense left in the playoffs and...get this...5th best coaching staff!! Post-concussion syndrome really is a *****, I guess!! HAIL!!
diesel22
On coaching -- both the broncs and the steelers are rated above us. Cowher and Shanahan (1st with Raiders, then Broncs) have both been coaching the entire time that coach Gibbs has been gone. Bewtween them they have 2 rings in that time -- and we all know that Mike Tice could have taken John Elway and Terrell Davis to the super bowl !!!!!!!!!!!!!! redman
The offense ranking is "most balanced", whatever that means. Look, we're just going to have to live with the fact that our offense is not so good that we can dictate to other teams usually, especially teams with defenses that were capable of getting the team to the playoffs. We're actually fortunate in our opponent, #1 seed notwithstanding, because in my view Seattle has one of the weaker defenses remaining in the entire playoffs. Whose defense would you rather play besides Seattle's? Chicago's? New England's? Carolina's? Pittsburgh's? This may be the week when our offense can get something going again. As for ranking the coaching staffs, that list is a joke. Cowher is one of the classic chokers late in the playoffs. The man is turning into Marty Schottenheimer - consistent winner (to his credit) in the regular season, and either 0-1 or 1-1 in the playoffs before exiting. Shanahan hasn't won a playoff game in seven years. Dungy's never gotten to the Super Bowl - wasn't that why he was fired in Tampa? If you want to select a coaching staff that's ahead of ours right now, take New England's. They're at the height of their powers and have their entire conference looking at them out of the corner of their eyes as the "real" favorite in their playoffs.
