thelarkascend1ng Posted January 7, 2006 Share Posted January 7, 2006 that got me totally pumped. for those who missed it - Gibbs discussed things he did differently from last season (ie - shotgun, re-emphasis of the counter). Reporter (can't remember her name) mentioned how they acquired Santana Moss because they were lacking a "big play" kind of guy - the exact thing that she said Gibbs said they lacked most last season. Jansen commented on how the screen pass works now because they have someone who can actually make it work. Brunell said he felt that it shows that Gibbs can bend and was probably aware of the naysayers who said the game has passed him by, and that he was obviously flexible and adaptive in "today's" NFL.
