jaxskins
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=251204014 "Arrington left in the second quarter with an injured right quadriceps, but returned in the second half. Arrington said the quad has been bothering him for almost a year and it stiffened."
skinstzar
Brian Baldinger mentioned that Lavar didn't look right. I have thought he hasn't looked right all year. I don't think he will be 100% until next season. He is playing well though. He won't regain his pro bowl form until next season. I refuse to give up on him. Cskin
This is going to be the story of Arrington for the rest of his career. Great potential and freakish athleticism, but oft-injured and subject to playing to his ego instead of his defensive coordinator's schemes and more importantly... his individual assignments. The quad injury is probably directly related to his knee injury. He's using more of his quad muscles to compensate for his weak knee and this injury is a reflection of that. If we keep him next year, and my money is that we somehow eat his cap hit and move on, his knee should be completely healed and he'll consider the knee sound and not overcompensate with the quad and hamstrings.
