His name is Jordan Palmer and he's the younger brother of Carson Palmer, the starting QB of the Bengals. Young Jordan plays for the UTEP Miners, and last night threw for four touchdowns, bringing his total to 23 for the year. UTEP is now 8-1 and should break into the top 25 this week. He's 6'5" and weighs 230, and can throw the longball accurately. Next year he might very well be a candidate for the Heisman. Please, please, please, Redkins' draft scouts, keep this kid at the top of your list. Brunell has maybe one more season in him, and Ramsey may or may not step up and become an A rated QB.
