The girls' father called police at about 4:45 a.m. Tuesday morning to report the girls missing. According to police, he said that his 10-year-old daughter, Jeanine Rollins, left their house in the 1500 block of Kanawha Street at about 9 a.m. Monday but had not returned. He said Jeanine might be with her 14-year-old sister, Jasmine Rollins, who left home on Sept. 28 and has not returned. The girls' father said Jasmine has left several times before to be with her boyfriend. Police said the girls might be in D.C. Jeanine is described as standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 80 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Police said she could be wearing a blue sweatshirt, jeans and white sneakers. Jasmine stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She also has brown eyes and black hair. SkinInsite
I like how one girl's been gone for nearly a month. Some people are not meant to be parents.
