Walking Deadman
Was anybody impressed by the fact we gad only 2 penalties (delay of game) in the game. Great job Skins..... Plus 13/18 on 3rd down conversions (many 3rd and 5+ yards). The O is doing a great job, just get the Red Zone scoring to improve.

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! 13-18 on 3rds is so so so sick, we are just lacking the big play ... The penalities is just as impressive, this thing is taking shape, I see a Joe Gibbs team coming around the corner here! there is no doubt that we are getting better, how can anyone disagree with that? SeanTaylorsDefense
The 1st and 2nd down plays have got to improve. You can't rely on 3rd and long conversions all year.
number1team
Not many turnovers AND very little penalties are very important
stevenaa
Each week we make a small improvement. Next week I bet we'll do a better job and setting up 3rd and shorts. Our Redzone improved greatly today. Sellars and Royal. About time someone stepped up.
Walking Deadman
That INT was really a freak play..... I have few complaints on this team but I think there are a few to improve upon. 1. No more WR screens......just doesn't seem to work. 2. For Portis, keep spreading the field--- 3WR sets (spread on the line) seemed to give CP the most opportunity to find holes. 3. More Pressure on QB (D) 4. Create more turnovers (D) 5. Deeper Kickoffs..... One last thing, special teams did seem to improve today in coverage and some blocking. frankbones
How was that delay of game called? Gibbs was asking for a T.O. 10 seconds before the clock ran out?
Timurchin
Now this is starting to look like a Joe Gibbs football team ! Especially with the first half time of possesion. No penalties, turnovers, or poor game management. Offense looked good, you could even say it won the game. Defense did just enough. 3-0 aint real bad.
