damachete Posted October 3, 2005 Share Posted October 3, 2005 I told my brother during the game that I thought Taylor looked hurt or sick. He was not going after players full strength. I thought the same thing. On two plays I noticed he could have laid a big hit on someone and instead he used an arm tackle. I think his shoulder hurts more than he's saying. At the end of the game Springs was out hurt, ST was out hurt, we were missing Pirileau and Harris. Should we be surprised that Seattle (a very good offensive team) came back against our 2nd and third stringers? No. Actually your statement makes this situation even more hilarious, being that we almost lost because some of our best players were hurt and some of our best players were on the bench. We needed a drive killer and could not find it. We needed to adjust and didn't. We were picked apart and didn't adjust until the play was over and the TD was scored. We won and luck plays a part.
