CurseReversed Posted September 20, 2005 Share Posted September 20, 2005 Did anyone notice shawn springs, marcus washington, and other of our more prominent defensive players on special teams?? Do you think this was due to injuries or the level of importance placed on the game? I for one was not pleased to see shawn springs get leveled by a linebacker on a punt return, arent these guys supposed to be playing every down on defense too? I dont see the logic in risking our best players on the brutal hitting special teams unless it was a necessity due to injuries. btw, what a win, yes YES YESSSSSSSS!
