I don't think he's a bad player or anything, but for the #2 overall pick? We got this level of play from Preston Smith who was a 2nd round pick.

Typo.  I meant that he was not getting double teamed.  I agree.  We could have drafted many other guys who are good for 5 sacks a year. 

Chase Young is OSU hype and we fell for it.  We should have taken Tua.  We would have a brighter future.  Young got manhandled today.  I watched him closely.  And it's not like he wasn't getting double teamed.

I agree.  Why would we want another dude that can't run?  Have we learned anything from Haskins?  You need a qb that can move in modern day football.  That and arm strength.  We don't have a qb on this team that can do both.  

You don't pass on Lawrence or Fields.  You just don't.  To me Lance is a developmental guy, kind of like Jordan Love.  If we can't get Lawrence or Fields, let's build the **** line and wide outs and roll with whomever.  I'm not opposed to giving Montez some reps this season to see what he has.  

We would have won this game with Kyle Allen.  Our dominant defense only needs average qb play to win.  Who cares if Haskins has a higher ceiling?  The best player should play.  

I always thought it was a stretch when I would say us fans are smarter than the team.  Now not so much....

This receiving core is better than it's been in a long time.  I'm sorry, I didn't like the Garcon, Jackson, Crowder, Doctson group.  Jackson was so lazy.  Doctson was too scared to play in the NFL.  This young group we have is good.
