Maybe they told them they can start to look elsewhere as AP plans to reshape the scouting department post draft.

Our OL was god awful, but our play calling was worse. Not saying to expect the hogs, but hopefully some better play calling can mask it a bit. (Still holding out hope someone decent gets cut).

Remember, Peter’s said something they did in San Fran on the last day of the draft is let everyone pound the table and make a case for their guy. He mentioned really liking that, so I’m sure we’ve got that going on here too

Didn’t like this pick at first. After digesting it and looking back at how gassed Allen and Payne looked down the stretch, I love it. He looks great against the run, so on run downs he can fill in for one of them. Hes no slouch in the pass game either. Also, it gives us the chance to move more pieces along the DL, like Allen at DE. 

Former QB, offers the chance for some trick plays throwing it up to Daniels. Excited for this pick!

Wish he were a little taller, but he seems to be pretty relentless. Can’t wait to see how he turns out.
