    With one minute left in the game, the Redskins had fourth and four. They choose to take a five-yard delay penalty instead of calling timeout with one second left in the play clock. If there was a running-into-the-punter penalty, a five yard penalty, the Redskins would have gotten a first down if it was fourth and four but not if it was fourth and nine.
