Not sure where this comment is coming from. All the Man UTD(Hate when people say Man U) supporters here have long admitted it.

all my buds sweat the hell of man u... and i cannot stand them for that simple fact as just about everyone i know likes them because they started following the game just as beckham left for madrid, and it makes me sick and that goes for a good portion of americans, its because they win.... im a proud newcastle united supporter, loved the time from the moment i watched alan shearer and followed them from relegation all the way back up to 5th, and last years game agains manchester united was easily one of the best moments ive had as a supporter, it really bothers me when people say NUFC is a small club, when they have one of the biggest and best stdiums in england, and one of the most rabid fanbases in the world...i should say though that not all man u fans are bad, just ignorant ones who dont know the history of the club, and only like them for the simple fact that they win....

and the manu bandwagon keeps churning along

Those Al-Jazeera cats know what they are doing. They made a deal with Comcast last week so its coming soon, but the fact that they gobbled all of these packages so quick shows they arent playing games.

They are doing online streaming as well. Its in HD.

its not garbage, its just not the same style of football for premiership fans. Its a completely different league but its been as exciting as the premiership the last couple of years, imo. Just lacks the star power.

and Bradley did try the premiership, McLeish told him to kick rocks and signed Jermaine Jenas.

Neymar is gonna be a stud! Unjust hate by people pulling for teams who thrive playing dirty .... not trying to troll, I can understand the heat neymar is getting, its just IMO he's going to be phenomenal, but won't until he leaves for europe... wish najar would have had a game though, very disappointing

too many people like man u, chelsea, arsenal, liverpool and now man city.... nothing wrong with it as they are shown on espn quite often, if you dont get FSC, but being a fan of newcastle after the past 3 years has felt great... bouncing back from relegation and finishing near the top of the table is great... makes me sick though seeing so many bandwagon fans of the "big 5" who are fans just cause they started watching when said team was playing well

Blackburn have made two decent signings already in Danny Murphy and Leon Best. It's kind of odd. I think the owners, even though they are daft, are actually trying. If they are serious in saying that Kean really does need to show results soon then the club may not be as doomed as I had thought. I just hope he's on a super short leash. He should already be gone, but what are you gonna do...

sad to see leon best leave, solid forward, not the greatest at anything, but not terrible at anything.... hes good playing off someone just nmeeds to stay healthy.... hope to see blackburn come back up this year, cant thank them enough for alan shearer

newcastle are apparently close to signing junior hoilett on a free transfer from blackburn... id LOVE this move, also close to signing mathieu debuchy, and douglas from fc twente... the talks with luuk de jong broke down, im fine with that as long as we dont overspend.... if they can keep this squad and add some depth im going to be very very happy!!!

I think a case could easily be made for:

Phil Jagielka - Everton

Micah Richards - Manchester City

Adam Johnson - Manchester City

Paul Scholes - Manchester United

Michael Carrick - Manchester United

Maybe Ryan and Steven Taylor of Newcastle, though maybe a stretch.

I think there were some guys in the lower half who could've made the squad and probably deserved it, most notably Grant Holt of Norwich.

danny simpson of newcastle united was the highest rated right back in the premier league this season... hes not very good at crossing, but there are few if any right back in the prem that are as solid defensively as he is.... damn shame he was left off the england squad
