Ok ok, did not want to come across like I was on a temper tantrum, just want to be communicated to straight forward. Even though I did not like the answer the TO office gave me in the end, I was happy to get the truth. When speaking to some of the staff there you get you are looking good, upgrades not done yet etc..... I guess I was getting my hopes up for something that you pointed out is never guranteed. I am a true Skins fan and I will hopefully be rooting them on to at least 7 wins this year. Still decided I will go to two games in the LL and get rid of what I have now. So someone else can be happy with those seats. Ready for the season to start!

Wow, a little harsh. I agree with some of what you are saying I just do not like the TO hinting to the fact I would get the upgrade I was looming for if I renewed and paid by a certain date. I had every intention of not renewing this year, but thinking I could get closer to the 50 was why I did. I also know of people who moved down in 50 yd line sections, which means there were some openings. Since moving over within certain rows is a manual process you end up being at the whim of whomever may be looking at your notes or not. So in other words you have to know someone or get lucky. They actually told me that I should pay even earlier next year so I will better my chances. I paid according to their time table this year. I only see it harder to upgrade next year because RG3 is going to rock! Anyway, I only think some us feel entitled because we know some of the games played by the TO to make more money, which is their job. UL to LL, UL row 15 and higher to a lower row, 2 years club so you can jump to great sideline LL seats. See the pattern. Upgrades are more easily give if it means any price increase. If it is just a move without any change in price there is no real motivation for the TO to grant it, even though I do see this happen some.

Thanks for the info. I guess asking for a refund is worth a try. I will call them on Monday and see.

To be honest I did get a nice upgrade last year,but I was not going to renew this year until the TO office kinda of indicated I would get to move over. That said, they have been fair in the past. Just frustrated a little bit!

I am done! I will always be a Skins fan, but I will not renew my tickets next year. I renewed my UL tickets this year with the TO telling me that I would have an excellent chance to be upgraded closer to the 50. I was just told on Friday no UL upgade for me. :mad:My seats are sec 430, row 3. I know are pretty good 30yd line seats, but I was hoping for a move over. I know this is not the place to put my ticket up for sale, but if anyone wants an entire season with Green parking they can have it for 1,400.00. This is a savings 700.00 dollars below cost. I will be partnering up with someone that has awesome LL tickets and will go to two games a year from now on, which is just right.

I hope this is incorrect because I opted to stay in upper level and asked to be moved closer to mid filed and my account is showing a listing of games like I could print tickets, but when you click on it there are no tickets listed. Being in the third row now I would think they would give me senority to move. If I do not get upgraded over I will not renew next year and just buy on the secondary market.

It think LL are nice, but I opted to stay UL and put in upgrade to move closer to the 50. I am currently in row 3 on the 30 and sitting in the first 5 rows is pretty awesome! I would like sideline LL, but no one really ever makes it over there anytime soon if at all. I was just wondering if there are some other STH that are staying UL over upgrading to LL because they actually like it better?

With RG3 and some new excitement I do think the secondary ticket market will be better this year. Skins abviously need to win some, but if they do I think you will find prices to buy tickets on Craigslist and StubHub will go up. Also StubHub has the 15% fee you have to account for in the price. I know as a STH I will sell some games for at least cost if not a little more. If a non STH wants to go to about two games or so a year then even paying a little more is worth it over the headache of selling tickets, however I do not want to see STH selling at below cost because then it brings the price down for everyone (which is not fair to the STH, especially because of the preseason tickets we have to pay full price for). Again. I think we are finally going to get to a place where ST are worth something again, at least I am hopeful. I also hope that once we do start makingU playoffs (I know wishful thinking) the prices do not go up in the future. ---------- Post added May-25th-2012 at 07:00 AM ---------- Also, has a FYI- TO confirmed that upgrades will be completed after the soccer game, which means we should all start seeing them sometime in the first week of June, which makes sense.

Thanks SonnyandSam for the response. I actually tried calling the TO today, but the phone would not even ring. Made sure I had the right number, which I did. Really weird. Wonder if anyone else experienced that today? I will give them a call tomorrow, all though I expect they may be busy. I was told the second wave of auto upgrades take place May 15th, not that you will see it on your invoices yet. TO said 1st wave of upgrade was done May 1st. 2nd wave May 15th. Last wave before May 30th. Then in June people will see their upgrades. Sounds logical, but the TO is never 100% consistent on the information given out. Caps season over (Caps did great, Stanley Cup next year), now I am excited about Football, even though we still have over 4 months to go!

Hello everyone. I have read comments on Extremeskins for years now and just joined. What a great site for information, amongst allot of other things. Not sure I am posting this correctly, so forgive me as I am new. Anyway, I have a 400 level upgrade question. Does anyone know if the first row in section 429 is truly called the 1st row or 4th row by the Redskins TO? I ask because 429 does not have the first section of 3 rows in front due to the hadicapped seats. Thanks to anyone helping me out with the answer.
