My drive is around 6 hours so it is brutal if I have to sit in traffic for hours. I think that I move into your old seats last year in 238 . I liked them but hope that I like this years seats better. The one drawback is that I can't eat at Ben's chili bowl.

Yes they are, row 3 is mostly under cover and starting with row 4 they are completely under cover. I sat in row 3 last year and they were good but these look better. Your row 6 seems the best but they were not available to me in 203 at my time. These seats were open all day as were yours, I started check at 8 am and my time was not until 4 pm. I had them booked by 4:03.

I moved yesterday from 238 to 203 row 4. Last year was my first year in the lower level and I loved it. It is a game changer for me to get out more timely since my drive is so far. These are close to being perfect seats for me. The 200s on the home side line at the 50 are my dream seats.

I think that you will enjoy being a season ticketholder. You can always donate the unsaleable tickets to the Redkins charity and deduct the donation at the cost that you have in them as a donation if you itemize. ---------- Post added June-20th-2012 at 03:15 PM ---------- I just called, the ticket office confirmed that the upper level is not done yet. He claimed that they will be done by the end of June. No upgrade for me yet.

If you call them you can split the payment into two payments , april and may and still get the automatic upgrade.If you dont want the automatic upgrade you can make three. Also if you use your redskin credit card you get free interest for 6 months.

This is my third year in 454, by using the automatic upgrade i have moved from 22 to 15 to 13. i am hoping to move down a couple of more rows. I would not mind the endzone by I don't think that I would like the corner of the endzone. Also my daughter who comes to most games with me likes the upper level at the 50 as a better value. I think that row 2 of 454 is the best seats in the place for me. Just my opinion.

I renewed a couple of days ago. I am in section 454 and hope to move down a few rows. I am staying in the upper level for a few more years, I don't think that I would like the end zone as well.

I renewed this year and was only moved down two rows from 454 row 15 to 454 row 13. I am still happy with the move.
