  1. Just signed on to My Tickets and noticed it now has "My Upcoming Events" with all the games listed below. "Fantastic," I say to myself, "now I can see whether I've been upgraded!" No dice, though. All the games are blank. Could be encouraging though. BTW, that is crap, Osaka. Good for you for not taking the bait and doing the club seats. I'm 27 years seniority and am reading about second year STHs moving only a section or two away from me in the above posts. It makes me wonder how this system actually works. Good for those guys that get the good upgrades, but how about a little loving for the rest of us old timers?! Truthfully, I don't care that much about upgrades. Fellas, I'd watch the whole game from behind a column -- or from the bathroom for that matter -- as long as I was still watching the team in late January!
  2. Thanks, spyder462, for the info on getting out of Green B3. 10-15 minutes to 495 certainly ain't bad at all. Just curious -- How do you get out of the lot? Do you snake back out to Morgan Boulevard or do you go out some other way? That took me forever when I was in B3 a year or two ago. I assume there's a better way.
  3. Strange. When I called the TO and asked about staying in the Gray Lot, the guy said they were "reworking" the gray lot but didn't say anything about eliminating it. In fact, he offered to put me back in the gray lot if I did not want the Green B3. Has everyone in Gray really moved to Green B3? Put differently, is there anyone out there who had Gray but did not receive the upgrade-to-Green-B3 e-mail yesterday? I prefer the ease of getting to and from the Gray Lot and the tailgating on grass even if it is less energy than the other lots. Also, anyone with experience getting out of the Green B3? How long does that take?
  4. So quick question about the Green B3 lot: How long does it take you to get out of the lot after a game? I was in that lot for a game a couple of years ago and everyone had to enter and leave by Morgan Boulevard. With all the pedestrians walking to the Metro and blocking the exit roads on Morgan Boulevard, it took forever to get out of there. I preferred the Gray Lot because it was so much easier to get to and from the game. Now they say you can enter from any road (that's a big bonus) and something about being able to leave through the SportsPlex to Sheriff Road. Does that Sheriff Road exit run smoothly? Do you take the old bus access road to get to Sheriff Road? I'm looking for some people with experience getting out of Green B3. I'm debating between moving to Green B3 and staying in Gray. Is that crazy? I heard a rumor that they were "scaling the Gray lot back" next year. That sounds a bit ominous, but we can discuss that later. So, thoughts? Anyone? Bueller?
  5. bware1, MTH is the expert on these things but since I'm in your neck of the woods, I'd hazard an answer. There are 28 rows in Section 117 and the numbering starts closest to 116. In other words, seat 1 is across the aisle from section 116. BTW, I love that area. I know we all want to be on the 50 yard line but I like being really invested in one endzone and also having a sideline perspective. Enjoy.
  6. So, Hailskins94 is the first LL sideline upgrade here I've seen here... and a good one IMHO. Looks as if sidelines are getting upgrades. So now a question for those of us who didn't get any upgrade (and yes, I'm looking at you, RememberOsaka): What did we do wrong? And more importantly, what can we do so we aren't overlooked next year? Is it worth complaining to the TO? Oh wise fellow ESers, please advise me so I'm not left again in the dust next year when the Skins are defending their unlikely Super Bowl win!
  7. I hate to ask a really stupid question, but we're looking at the past (ie paid) invoice under account settings to see whether the seats listed are the same as last year (or in some cases, missing from the invoice). Am I right about that? More to the point, are those that are waiting to pay for their tickets seeing upgrades on their account even through they haven't yet paid that invoice? I'm just curious whether the TO is trying to bribe people who haven't paid with better upgrades so they won't leave. If that's the case, look out. I'm ready to rally the troops to head over there and knock some heads. That just wouldn't be right.
  8. So, there seem to be lots of one section upgrades in the endzone seats. How about between the endzones on the sideline? I know this sounds greedy but I'm on the 5-yard line and I haven't seen any movement at all for a few years. I'm happy where I am but I assume with all the movement recently that I'd move over at least a section one of these years. When I last talked to the TO they said upgrades weren't done, but I assume LL sidelines would be upgraded first. Has anyone between the endzones gotten an upgrade yet?
