I think Curl can develop into a good deep safety. Would like to see more speed, but adequate ball skills and good IQ to play the position

Guys, I think we screwed up...
Skip not liking him makes me feel even better. I cant stand Skip. (Might be because I am a LeBron fan though)

Probably not realistic as Chinn probably will not drop to the 4th round
That is the unrealistic part?

He's going to be one of the best LBers in football for the next decade, he fits everywhere, but their DC is a gump and I doubt he will have the time to get the most out of Simmons when he's still learning to be a defensive co.
Giants will be such a huge waste, which is fine. I see them going OT or WR.
I hope so. I really like Simmons

I wouldn't miss a beat if Simmons is the move, but I want Young. He's the clear best player in a stacked draft. You take him. It's simple.
I hope the Giants take a tackle and not Simmons or Okudah.
If I was Gettleman, I am taking Simmons in a heartbeat. Fits in their roster perfectly.

Scott Turner was also the QB coach of Teddy Bridgewater his rookie season on Minnesota. Bridgewater had a good rookie season if I remember correctly.

That was last year and KOC was promoted last year. You don’t take interviews following a promotion. You are stuck for at least a year.Ahhh. Misread the date.

To be fair requests are not made publicly and until KOC knows his options here, he’s not going to put feelers out for other jobs. Also, who has an OC position open? We are the only ones who filled the HC role so far.
The Vikings did...

DelRio was talking to fans on twitter about being the DC before it was announced. I guess he's a big dumb immature 57yo millinial.
Hmmm.... maybe I'm not being clear. I have no issue with these guys being on social media and no issue to this point with what Haskins has posted on there. I want them to be cognizant of what they are posting and careful to not say the wrong thing, but otherwise have fun. These guys are still young and allowed to live a life. I do have an issue with the idea that Ron Rivera has a problem in Haskins because Haskins is on twitter or tweets something about a potential coach. That makes no sense to me.

So young is an excuse to not do your job and be retained and promoted? I’m sure Ron agrees with you... He will read your post and make KOC assistant head coach. Not at all. I actually would prefer moving on from KOC, but young does mean more in tune with accepting and allowing social media.

exactly so lets let Ron make the decision; you really dont know if Cams and Haskins personalities are the same unless you know both of them like Ron will to say this
Thats exactly what I'm saying. Lets reserve judgement on Haskins until Ron has a say. Just because Haskins is on twitter and having fun, doesn't mean he will be a bust or not work hard. Just because Haskins responsed to a tweet about Ocho Cinco being a coach doesnt mean Ron suddenly has a lazy coddled player on his hands.

and no way Ron in his right mind is catering to Haskins...Haskins needs to grow up...stop being a twitter idiot..and work! If Haskins doesnt change quick I hope he gets run out of here.
Ron has been around the NFL almost 40 yrs he knows a idiot when he sees them...hell yea we got Ron!!
So Cam was what exactly? Ron knows how to deal with a personality. So long as Haskins works hard, his personality and desires will not have an effect on his status and relationship with Ron.

Is Bill Musgrave doing anything now? Reunite him with AP...

AJ Green? Why him? Dont forget we get to see what Bryce Love can do next year.
Green is a FA and would pair nicely with McC and Haskins.

Don’t get me wrong. I absolutely LOVE the Rivera hire. I think he can turn this around very fast particularly given how bad the division is. This is the most optimistic I have been for the team since 2012. I just don’t get keeping KOC. In my mind it’s too risky given the lack of experience particularly when Ron will focus on D. If he keeps him, then we roll with it but I personally think that’s a mistake.
It looks like I am going to very wrong about Haskins(which honestly makes me happy) so hopefully this is the same, but it just feels fishy to me.I disagree here. With Del Rio coaching defense, Rivera can concentrate a bit more time to oversee KOC and what is happening on that side of the ball. He may not be an offensively minded coach, but he has been around long enough to know how to help an OC grow and see if the proper growth is happening.

I like what Keenum said after the game about Doctson. "He is a very reliable route runner that is always where you need him. He may not have gotten the targets from other qbs." (That is not verbatim but the gist of it.) While that is not what you expect from a first rounder, it is still a great piece to have in a passing game.

I've seen Richardson and Garcon comparisons here. Some of that is legit but he's also a little faster than Richardson while being almost 30 lbs heavier at the same height. And he's about the same size as Garcon but a fair amount faster. I keep reading articles and stuff about what a hard worker he is (which is 100% awesome) but the fact of what an athletic freak he is seems to get lost a bit in that. Makes him sound like one of those "high character, high effort guys" who didn't test great but had the intangibles and work ethic to be really good despite that. But he's kinda both. Like the pick a lot.
Best comp i have seen is Doug Baldwin.

Question for the draft gurus out there--
If Sweat hadn't been misdiagnosed with a heart condition where would he likely have been taken? Was he top ten? Top five? Top twenty?
Top ten. Probably top 5.

Im sorry Chase. But you are not a regular guy. That size and athletic ability is not normal. I love the sentiment though.
