I don’t know what happened but Reddit isn’t for me like message boards.

Teams will replace a player in a heartbeat and not just for someone better - sometimes it’s for someone younger and cheaper. I will never blame a player for wanting and taking the money when and where they can get it. A career can be over in a single snap.
 

Players do want to win (the occasional one just wants the money and then just doesn’t care - Jamarcus Russell for example). To get to the NFL you have to be unbelievably competitive and most players hate losing. But it’s a short and brutal career, you get paid when and where you can. 

Agreed. Always look out for your financial situation until you’ve got enough to live life comfortably. Some have got it great and can decide if they want to take a cut. Most don’t, that’s reality. Any play can end your career.

Many professional players don’t even sniff 10 years of NFL football. It hurts as a fan but there really isn’t much after the nfl for a lot of the players and they end up burning through most of the money they earned in the pros.

Glad someone else has to pay that much for Sweat.

I’m never buying current era Washington jersey’s anymore. I keep getting screwed over.

Well, they weren’t doing much here. More picks to rebuild.

Either resign Young or trade him. With Sweat gone I prefer we resign Chase…if he wants to be here.

We need so much offensive line help. Another Linebacker. Better Safeties. Basically need like 8 picks in the first 3 rounds. 

Keep Howell and Terry. The rest of that offense can be replaced.

Defense with all that money sunk.😩

Well once there’s no hope for wildcard I’ll just root for this team to lose the rest. 😑

First 2 or 3 picks in the draft should be offensive lineman and possibly a TE that can block and catch.

All the high draft picks on the defensive side of the ball. This is the results.

This is what this team deserves really. It’s criminal how they ignore the offensive line to make high draft picks on the defensive side and then this defense is also terrible.

Many of those sacks are on Howell.He’s not learning to get rid of the ball and seeing the blitz. He’s not gonna last long in the NFL at this pace.

Call some max protection and give Sam time and the receivers time to get open.
