If you know someone locally, ask them if you can use one of their cable provider boxes. If so purchase a slingbox and hook it up to cable provider box and you can operate that cable provider box as your own anywhere in the world. If you have internet connection you are able to stream all local channels to your computer anywhere you go. Very easy and simple to use, i have used it over 3 years.
