  1. Have invoices gone out? I used to get an email and a paper invoice. I know I can logon and check my account. I was planning to wait on renewing. After 10 years I am pretty fed up with the team's mismanagement.
  2. WooHoo. Got my tracking # today. My shipment left Fort Smith Arizona and should arrive on the 29th. I can't wait. Actually I can. I'll be sitting by the door waiting for the FEDEX van to pull up
  3. The Redskins haven't offered me enough Cool-Aid to get me to renew yet. I'm going to wait until the April 1st deadline and then decide. I want to see what they do in March during free agency so I'm not going to sign up for the 4 payment plan. I've used the Redskins credit card for the last 3 years allowing me 6 months to pay off the balance without a finance charge. Last year was such a disappointment. If I had to make a decision now I wouldn't renew.
  4. I asked the ticket office to put a notation in my file that I wanted to move towards the Redskins sideline. No Soup for me! I have two tickets which probably made it even more difficult. I've only got @ 10 years of seniority if you include my wait list time. I checked my account and it now has an option to print my tickets so I assume I'm not getting an upgrade. Not sure how that will work but I want mine delivered via Fedex. It's a ritual. Not complaining though. I'm happy with my seats. Section 111 row 11. Sitting in the endzone is not too bad. I really feel like part of the 12th man on goal line stands. I get to see the Skins score upclose (hopefully) and the huge screens help when the action is further away.
  5. I have a Green parking pass courtesy of the Great Green give away a few years back. I've always parked in the B-3 lot. I get there when the lot opens and tailgate heavily. I enjoyed that lot b/c it was under utilized. No hastles about where I tailgated. Plenty of room to throw a football. Even last year when they started the B-3 only passes there was plenty of room. Only drawback I found was that my wife had to walk all the way up to the top of the parking lot to use the Johnny on the Spots. I'd get into and out of the stadium quickly and I used the back exit out of the lot to save time when all the lemmings head towards Morgan. I've never parked in another green lot. If they spoil this one for me does anyone have a good spot they want to share?
  6. I received a similar email concerning the purchase of additional seats: As a valued season ticket holder, you may be eligible to purchase additional season tickets for the 2012 season. Hurry! Only a limited number of 2012 Redskins season tickets still remain. Purchase your additional seats by Tuesday, May 29th, and you'll receive complimentary LOWER LEVEL tickets* (a $110/seat value) to the USA vs. Brazil men's soccer match on May 30th! The auto upgrade process will begin soon and it is important to contact us as soon as possible to ensure you get your additional seats adjacent to your current seats. Call the Redskins for more information at 301-276-6033 or email seasontickets@redskins.com.
  7. On the auto upgrade program where they offer to move you one section closer to midfield "at or near your current row"....does anyone have any insight on how many rows might be considered near?
  8. I had 403 row 27 for my 1st two years as a season ticket holder. Last year I was upgraded to row 12. This year I was upgraded to the lower level section 111 row 11. So in the two years that we have had the auto upgrade program I have gone from two rows off the top to the lower level endzone. That is a success story proving that if you play by the rules and pay on time the system will work for you.
  9. I'm pretty sure all the lower level and upper level 1st 15 rows to lower level auto upgrades have been completed before they made the email offers. I called the ticket office shortly before 5. I bluffed and told them I received the email and wanted to inquire about an upgrade to the lower level. The person I spoke to looked up my account and told me that I had already been relocated as a part of the auto upgrade. I have gone from 403 row 12 to section 111. They could not tell me my exact row and seat number but they said I should receive further information in a few days.
  10. I just checked my invoice and my tickets have been removed from them. I had Redskins sideline row 12 uppers. Looks like I'm getting an upgrade.
  11. Are you on the sideline or endzone? I haven't seen any posts yet from the lower level indicating that anyone has heard what seats they are getting. We didn't see upper level upgrades until after the lower level completed. By then the lower level ticket holders were reporting back their new seat assignments. I'm not convinced we can use last year as a model.
  12. They have to put all those season ticket holders somewhere! Will they be given preferential treatment and upgraded to superior seats prior to the upgrade process beginning? If so I wonder how many sections over they will be moved? There's a price jump to consider as well. Some of us who were hoping to get relocated another section towards the 50 could end up on the short end of the stick.
