I'm loving these FA signings so far.   Our team is already much improved from last season and we still have the draft upcoming.    Love it!

Probably the best bang for buck free agency !

    This.

Dan Quinn is going to get the most of players on his defence.

It seems that Quinn acts like a magnet, attracting players. I also believe he's got the knowledge, experience and charisma to make them an army of one.

Mahomes and Reid are going to make Samuels a 1300 yard receiver with a SB ring next year if he signs there. I said they should have traded for Samuels at the trade deadline. If I was Samuels, I'd play there for the vet minimum.  Plus incentives, of course.  (LOTS of incentives. Maybe even get to go with Travis to a Taylor Swift concert)

Reid had nothing to do with us signing Wylie as a FA.  We did that all on our own. He played us with McNugget and Smith.  Though, I think with a better coach than Jay, Smith would have been better.  The longer it goes, the more it is clear Jay was literally bad at everything, and I'm surprised he was able to get up in the morning and walk to the bathroom without making a wrong turn and ending up in the garage.

I was joking about the Walrus.

So, the Chiefs underperformed at RTlast year and are now missing their swing interior Ol. Wylie can be had cheap

Patrick Mahomes shouts out Chiefs OL Nick Allegretti, who played most of Super Bowl with torn UCL

Chiefs OL Nick Allegretti reflects on wild-card round touchdown reception

"When you hear the way his teammates talk about him, you understand why everyone in the building is calm, cool, and collected, knowing Thuney is out.

"Nick (Allegretti) is awesome, man," right guard Trey Smith said. "Talk about a hard worker, a guy who really loves the game and brings passion to the game week in and week out. A guy that I've been able to lean on from time to time, early in my career, especially just for advice and different things to help my game get better. Definitely, a guy that can bring it to play after play after play." Link

He's tough, good at protecting a QB, can play G and RT, he's not another greedy FA, so why did they let him go ?

After Wylie, don't tell me the Walrus is playing us again !

Is there a reason some of yall are acting like we are done signing offensive linemen that I'm missing?

Bengals done lost they mind on that one...

I think the Panthers totally screwed up their free agency. They got a second and a fifth for Burns after turning down the Rams offer in 2022, absolute snyderesque move (Trent).

"It has been widely reported that the Los Angeles Rams offered two first round draft picks (2024 and 2025) and a second round pick (2025) to Carolina in exchange for Burns."

Now they weakened their team getting rid of 3 LBs, and made us better with Luvu https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/frankie-luvu/51028

Edit : I'm surprised Danielle Hunter is still available, thought he would have been signed on day one.

reaking: LB Patrick Queen has agreed to a deal with the Seattle Seahawks. Queen is the first of the Ravens to follow former Ravens DC Mike Macdonald to Seattle

That was expected, it's going to be interesting to see if he can put up big numbers without Roquan.

Is he saying that’s what specifically the bengals can offer him or what he should get… from the looks of things today he’ll fetch way more than that.

He also notes that a four-year deal would likely mean a slight bump to $15-$16 million per year annually. A three-year deal is something the Bengals have given to plenty of free agents in the past, including cornerback Trae Waynes (2020 offseason).

Newsstand: Michael Onwenu representing himself in search of big contract

Spotrac predicts a four-year, $54.6 million market value for the former Wolverine.

Wonder what size of deal Onwenu is looking at. Still holding out for him and/or John Simpson

Salary cap expert Andre Perrotta put together a contract projection that the Bengals could propose to Onwenu. Perrotta believes Cincinnati could offer him a 3-year, $42 million contract that includes a $15 million signing bonus, $20 million fully guaranteed at signing and $32 million in total guarantees.

Kirk Cousins and contender don’t belong in the same sentence :lol:who is going to throw to? Drake London and Pitts? He doesn’t have a JJ to make him look really good. He was exactly who we thought he was with Minnesota. 1-2 in the playoffs with them and never threw over 300 yards.

Can't wait for the heist numbers :D
