  1. i wish, looks like the credit card will get some more use, i would like to wait for the 40% sale, but if it does not come until november plus customization/shipping, by the time i get it the season will almost be over, i want to enjoy it now. i might by a replica just to wear at the game sunday because the team is wearing them.

in that case buy it from redskins.com

    10% off- use code "cat7501"

  2. so it is the same "cut" has the burgundy retail jerseys?

Almost exactly, the only difference is the NFL shield. On the burgundy its sewn on a piece of fabric inside the 'V' of the neck, whereas this one is sewn directly onto the point of the 'V' on the outside of the jersey (like the normal white authentics). The "cut" is identical in all other respects to the burgundy, with the elastic band on the arm but with the exception of the aforementioned stripes (fabric instead of vinyl-ish).

**EDIT: I'm not familiar with the sleeves on the e-bay ones, please explain thanks

  3. Mine just arrived woohooo!!

Unfortunately Mrs. TLC lost the cable so I can't load a pic. It looks exactly like the pic online, except the 75th patch is larger than in the pic. It is truly a sweet jersey. My favorite part about it is the sleeves. The burgundy/gold stripes are fabric, not the stuff that tends to crack over time. This is now my favorite jersey, I hope they wear it more than twice!

  4. Yea i just checked on nfl shop and my status has changed from backordered to item found in stock. i got the taylor authentic so with any luck i will have it by next sundays game. but i doubt it, we shall see. HTTR

I got my order confirmation on 9/13, when the status changed to "in stock". Ship confirmation on 9/14, and it actually got picked up by FedEx on 9/17. Should arrive today. Of course, I ordered from Reebok online store, not NFL Shop.

  5. **** the Cowboys and their ****ing bandwagon gay star wearing fans.

**** their QB with the 95.1 b**** rating.

**** their owner who looks like Emperor Palpatine.

**** you if you disagree with me!

  6. For what its worth, I was in the Short Pump (Richmond, VA) Redskins store and the manager told me that they didn't see rolling out the Anniversary uniform until right before the start of the NFL season. He said that they were told at a meeting that the Skins petitioned the NFL to wear the jerseys three times during the NFL season instead of once in the preseason and twice during the regular season. I believe they won that appeal. The only confirmation he gave was that they did reveal the yellow, scripted "R" helmet would be used. The jersey, trunks, and socks are still top secret.

    Hope that helps.

They did petition, and part of it was they wanted an alternate black jersey.

The 75th anniversary jersey will be black with burgundy & gold numbers and lettering. It will be a subliminal way to entice former Steelers head coach Bill Cowher to come to DC.

  7. Wow. Perhaps caught between a rock and a hard place- Chris had to wrestle to make money to pay the bills, maybe pay for a special school for his mentally challenged son, but his wife (I presume stay-at-home at that point) pressuring him to spend more time at home with his son. Faced with the prospect of more and more work obligations (spoilers report that he was going to win the ECW title that night), a heated argument with his wife turns ugly. He goes out of control, kills her, then doesn't know what to do. At his lowest point, feeling that there is no hope, he suffocates his son. Now at the point of no return, he's too chicken to kill himself right away so he waits until he can't stand himself anymore. He's killed his wife, and killed his poor innocent son, so he finally hangs himself.

He was either extremely mentally ill, or extremely evil. I don't know what to believe. I feel bad for Nancy, but I still feel the worst for the boy though. 7 years old...damn.

  8. I was listening to Rover's Morning Glory which is based in Cleveland but is played in Rochester and they had a caller this morning from Memphis who refused to come on the air.

But he said that he trained with Benoit alot, and Benoit owed ALOT of money to the people he gets his growth hormone from and he says it's going to come out that Benoit probably watched his wife and son get killed in front of his eyes and then he took his own life afterwards.

Again, take it for what it's worth, a rumor.

This was one of the first thoughts to cross my mind. Grisly as it is, I'd rather not think of Chris Benoit as someone who murdered his wife and child. If this is true, I could imagine why he'd want to die after being witness to something like that.:(
