Just realized that the Jacare/Mousasi card is tomorrow, Charles Oliveira missed weight btw, 2nd time he's done it in the UFC.

Plus some good submission artists with Oliveira & Lauzon on the card, and I bet someone gets knocked out in the Mitrione/Derrick Lewis HW slugfest.

Not terrible, if I were close by I'd probably go, but it's hard to pay anything for a card like that when there's a stacked card on FS1 for free next weekend. I'm surprised Dillashaw agreed to defend the title. I figured if Barao pulled out and a last-minute replacement came in he would have the option to put the title on the line or not.

I would imagine that if there are tickets left, they have to be offering them at a discount now. Even though the card is weak it would be cool to go live at a cheap price.

Cung Le actually looked pretty good to me early on, he hurt Bisping once or twice too. In round 2 Bisping landed a left hook that landed flush into Le's eye socket and cut it open immediately, he was literally fighting with only one eye open and that's when everything went downhill for him. I wouldn't mind seeing him fight again unless he pisses hot of course.

I had just about zero interest in that card last night but every single fight on the main card delivered minus the main event of course.

Damn I didn't see this until today. Great card though. I won't post results in case you haven't seen it yet but there were more finishes than the previous few Metamorises.

If UFC 178 stays together it's probably going to turn out being a damn good card, was going to buy it with Gus will definitely buy it with Cormier.

I'm just glad that fight is over. I still have yet to meet anyone who wanted to see that a third time.

Honestly, I think the reason that Faber was on the undercard was to make the undercard better and draw in any last-minute fans on the fence about buying the card. Had they known that the Struve/Mitrione fight wasn't happening, I think they would've left him on the main card.

I had scored it for Hall but could see an argument for Santos too. I was more referring to the fact that he and his corner didn't allow the fight to be stopped by the doctors after round 1....imagine losing the Struve/Mitrione fight, having the Hall/Santos fight stopped after the first by doctors, and the Rousey fight only lasting 16 seconds....and this is after the card lost the Wand/Sonnen fight to begin with.

That was a great main event. I hope Dana has some extra money for Machida/Weidman and for Urijiah Hall for helping keep this card together.

Damn and I'm sure the UFC will expect people to still want to pay $60 to see the card on PPV.

That Glory card last night was great. The only names I really knew on the card were Cro Cop and Jarrell Miller (because of his previous fight with Cro Cop) but I came away with a lot of names to follow.

Lol, there's actually a few fights I want to see on there but it is on Fight Pass which decreases the chances of me watching, and that July 4th card is still stacked even without the Wand/Chael fight

I agree. Woodley got outfought but I'm still not 100 percent convinced that MacDonald is the future longtime champ at 170. Ready to see Mighty Mouse save this card...
