Exactly what I did. I sent an email to the account executive and told him the situation and within 5 mins I had my redzone parking for the year.

My sales rep is basically useless. I told him I wanted to purchase redzone for the rest of the season before the Arizona game. He said ok he can do that after the Arizona game. I’ve text him 3 times since to get that done but have not heard back. Is it possible to switch sales reps? This isn’t the first time he’s ignored my texts about parking. 

On Monday my rep told me no more redzone parking for Sundays game, so I bought green instead. But now I see redzone is available on the seatgeek app which kinda pisses me off because redzone is my preferred parking location. Would the ticket office be able to exchange my passes? I’m assuming no, but probably can’t hurt to ask.

I disagree here. I was at the game and he was kind of annoying. Needs to chill at times when we get big first downs in the redzone. Also he messed up Atleast 3 times on yards gained on previous plays. One occasion it was 2nd and 9, the play gained 4 yards and he’s saying gain of one 3rd and 8. That was just one of a few examples that happened. Not a huge deal I guess but should be something done correctly.

Starters need to play on offense tonight Atleast. 3 drives minimum unless it’s back to back scoring drives. We need Howell to have more game action before week 1.
