I think Flip is a solid coach.....for a veteran team. He just doesn't seem to have a lot of patience. -
Scuttlebutt is that EJ never wanted Thibodeaux to begin with but Ernie insisted. And the EJ (SUPPOSEDLY) made Thibodeau so uncomfortable that he quit after two days. EJ suspected (and rightfully so) that Thibodeau was brought in as a potential replacement.

I'm a member of the board you just referenced and completely agree with you as far as Flip is concerned. He also has a tendency to throw his players under the bus publicly. That **** is not cool. Seriously.

I often wonder what would have happened without all the injuries (Gil,Caron etc.).

This might sound crazy but have you considered the possibility that the Wiz would have been better off drafting Demarcus Cousins? I thought all along that he would have fit better with the makeup of our team. But maybe I'm wrong.

The so-called experts on the radio probably have watched less than 10 games in the last five years.

I hope we can dispel the notion that John Wall is the best player on this team. I've said it once and I'll say it again. As long as Gil is on this team, he will be the best player on this team. At least offensively.

Without Gil we don't have anyone in the starting lineup that can consistently spread the floor. And that includes Hinrich.

Actually, in the past you've taken shots at not just Gil but the Wizards in general. And thats fine. That's your prerogative to do so. But I also have the right to be "irritated" about it. Don't you agree?

Yes, I believe Kosher Ham is a Lakers fan....and for some reason, he always feels the need to take a shot at the Wiz. I haven't figured out why feels the need to do so but frankly, its starting to irritate me.
