QB’s constantly getting away from an apparent sack is also very frustrating. Seems like no matter who it is they are almost just a hair short before the QB takes off for a first down

That was Seattle beating themselves, not our defense doing well.
Perhaps you are right. I gave them too much credit -
D doing its job so far.

Seriously, after watching the helmet to helmet hits on Logan Thomas and Sam Howell earlier this year. And they eject Forbes for that? It’s just irrational how bad these refs are.
The most frustrating part for me is the lack of consistency. There is ZERO consistency in how these rules are enforced and called.-

Bad ejection. Don’t agree with that at all.

The current eagles strategy is well within the rules, and used by multiple teams. It wouldn't put us at risk of penalties...

This is still a sore subject with me when it gets brought up. I still want to know how you can have violated a “salary cap” when there is NO “salary cap”. The whole thing still defies common sense. One of the biggest off the field screw jobs in NFL history

The Patriots are "ugly tough," so I didn't expect a sweeping win, but the Commanders added more drama than there needed to be.
Today was a mixture of solid play and too many missed opportunities.
Starting to feel like if we could ever get everybody’s best day on the same day we might really have something here.-

Just happy for the win.
Sam is figuring it out. I'm good.
Yup this is me. I’m going to enjoy this one. All good vibes here right now.-

Bellichik ran the score up on Joe Gibbs back in 2007. I never forgot that and I hope we return the favor…but at this point I will just settle for a win.

Call me deranged but I think the defense is going to be better this week than they have up to this point this season. Sometimes you can have addition by subtraction and I think we may have that here. I think Sam and the offense have a pretty solid game.

Getting boat raced by a ****ty team at home, on a Thursday night prime time game, in front of the whole country has its consequences.
…that loss is the primary reason people have stopped going THIS season. They embarrassed us AGAIN in front of the whole country.
I will not attend another game this season unless I am given tickets somebody else paid for.

Now that I’m calm…because I can make my share of crazy posts when I’m caught up in the emotions of a game. I can definitely say that I don’t really believe the NFL is “scripted”. There are way too many moving parts for that to be possible and people not know. However, I do believe this 100%. There are definitely favorites and darling teams of the NFL and the refs have too much power to influence the outcome of a close game. I would be in favor of using more replay and removing as much as possible the possibility for human error or bias. As is, the refs call what they want to call and ignore what they want to ignore. Too much possibility for error or corruption.

The NFL is so bizarre these days. Miami scores 70 points on Denver a few weeks ago, and today Denver upsets the Chiefs. Niners lose to the Bengals.

If you truly believe that the offense took a big step forward today then you have some hope for the future of this season. The Patriots are definitely beatable if we get two straight weeks of good offensive football.

Trying to watch the Rivera postgame interview and surprise surprise technical difficulties

Now we need this version of the offense to show up against New England next week

Correct call there, they did not cross the line of scrimmage.
