Mark realized his mistake. Thought Ron would be the first coach fired.

First game I’ll be able to watch live, using the nfl replay( sucks they show the score), Sunday ticket is ridiculously priced and bars aren’t cheap either. Wife is a Bears fan, should be interesting tonight.
Go on Facebook page, "Bleeding Burgundy and Gold Redskins."
There is a moderator named Earl Davis who live streams the games. The page has a no bashing the team or players policy. I am in New York, and I never miss a game. You do have to hear Earl's commentary, because it's just his phone pointed at his TV.- 1

For us out of town viewers there is a facebook page, "Bleeding Burgundy and Gold Redskins."
https://www.facebook.com/groups/260870174595650There is a guy in Fredericksburg who live streams the games there for us. It is my go to when I can't make it to the Sports bar in NY.

It's crazy how many fans are going to these games vs the USFL having almost totally empty stands.
Looks like the XFL is going to at least make it to a 2nd year.
USFL is not playing games in front of home fans for the most part. Last year all games were played in Birmingham. This year they are in Birmingham and a few neutral sites.

I'm not sure what this is about, but it could easily be something I'm not aware of.

What you mean the qb ain't sposta slide down at the 1 yard line?
He didn't slide. He was falling forward when his knee touched the ground with no one touching him. It should have been called a TD. Falling forward is not giving yourself up.

Was just reading that the daughter of Alex Smith has had emergency brain surgery on a malignant tumor. Shocking for the former QB and his family. Hopefully all is well moving forward, life is precious.
I read that the surgery was in May, and that it was successful in removing 100% of the tumor.

Understood but a contract is a contract. Things like this crap didn't happen in the NFL in the good ole days.
You mean those "Good Ol' Days" where Joe Montana made about $25 million in his whole football career, not including commercial endorsements?

See, this is what a competent organization (Washington Commanders), with a stable ownership, stadium and back office structure, where FA want to sign with looks like! My heads spinning. That damn janitor still has access to the computer in Ashburn.
In other news, since the compensation to McK is the same, he gets to keep more of it in VA than in NY.

That's probably why all our players are going there 😉
McKissic is staying.

Foxborough is an hour from Boston on non game days.
I'm just saying they seem to be ok with that. I live in NY so I have no skin in where they choose to put it.

As a New Yorker who has been the Shea Stadium and now CitiField, you don't want it close to the airport. It's frustrating enough to watch a losing team, but to have jets taking off and landing, flying over every few minutes is awful.

If a QB is running for the end zone, and there is no one near him, he should be able to fall forward at the goal line, and not be called down because his knee happens to tap the ground on the way in.

Has anyone ever had Bison meat ?
In the context of burgers, how does the taste of Bison compare to ground beef ?
I had some once, in 1976, for the Bisontennial.
