I often go to Penn Quarter and around that area but it's tough to get a seat and a dominated by Denver if they are in the 4pm slot. Anywhere Central or convenient to get back to Union station works best for my side. What is a really good bar to watch afternoon football in DC though? If by chance you have club seats, you can probably hang out in the club level after the game and watch some of the late games. Anyone know how late the Hooters is open?
