goskins10
Art Monk not being in the HOF is one thing. But the fact that guys who were busted for doing cocaine, guys that were thrown off teams for doing drugs, beating their wives, getting DUIs but were more vocal getting into the HOF before him is a ****ing joke! Art Monk was and is the epitome of class. On the field and off the field. He was purely spectacular in his workman like approach to the game. You never heard him complain and all he did was make clutch catch after clutch catch only to see other guys get into the EZ. He never said a word. He just kept coming to work and doing his job! He may not have ever had any big games in the POs or SBs but that's because teams were doubling and tripling him to make other guys beat them. If I remember he was also injured during one of the SB runs. Hopefully this is the year the voting committee gets their collective heads out of their asses and does the right thing and puts Mr. Art Monk in the HOF where he belongs! HTTR!!
