zipplug
A question for the cap experts. If Mike "No Wheels" Barrow retires never having played a down for the Skins, are we eligable for some type of cap relief? ie does he have to pay back some or all of his bonus. Pocono
Only if he were to retire against the team's wishes but in this case the last thing the Skins would want is for him to try and play when he knows he can't and end up on IR and receive his 1.7M salary this year. My guess is he's going to be this year's version of Trotter and told not to report to team functions and then released to provide space to sign their draft after 6/1. I think Williams would love to have him; however, he is not going to count on him.
