AJWatson3
OK, i am about to get started on my first mock of the year (in which case some of you may not want to help me..) and i need to predict my playoffs first. my question is this: in the AFC, assuming that San Diego beats NYJ and Indy beats Denver, both of the winning teams will have identical 13-4 records. what is the first tie-breaker to determine who they play in the next round? is it conference record? points scored? any help would be appreciated, thank you! AJWatson3
i think i got it figured out.... the way i see it IND totally screwed themselves by beating SD in week 16, because now they'll have to travel to NE instead of PIT.
KevinMac
Yeah, that would be MUCH better! This is the first time I have ever heard someone say a team "totally screwed themselves" because they will MISS playing at a 15-1 team in the playoffs.
