benevolent anarchist
Have any of you had your questions answered by Clinton Portis? If so, please post them here. Here is mine: Dear Mr. Portis—hey, wait a minute; you’re twenty years younger than me! Make that “Hello Clinton!” (only kidding) Just one question for you: What is your favorite football play? In other words; which particular play do you like to run more than any other? This doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to choose a play from our beloved Washington Redskins. Pick any point in your life, from when you were just a kid, to when you were in college, and in The Pros. Thanks in advance for answering my question AND Hail to The Redskins! I think it is the stretch zone play that we ran in Denver because I'm going downhill which makes it easier to read the the holes in the defense.CP
afparent
I send an email to him after every game. He didn't answer the first four weeks, but has answered me every week since.
Saqs
Ramsey said they ran that play alot yesterday. The great thing about having that play as a staple is that the counter compliments it very well in that it's a totally different look for the D. Skeletor The Invincible
It's painfully obvious that Clinton doesn't run the counter-trey plays very well. The more we mix in the zone type runs the better off we'll be.
