limited view seats question

I was just wondering if anyone has been in the limited view seats, and how their experience was. I have the opportunity to buy two seats in the one of the new sections in the corner of the stadium, row 19 for $70. Would I be better off spending a little more and getting upper level or just watching the game at home? The person selling the tickets say that only a portion of the far end zone is out of view, and I'm trying to figure out whether or not it would be worth it. So if anyone has been in simular seats, just let me know if you thought it was worth it to sit in the new seats.
