Beathard was pitiful the last few years drafting players for the San Diego Chargers.

What we need more then anything else is good quarterbacking. Look at San Diego. Last year they were the pits.... the worst team in the NFL. This year because Drew Brees has improved, they are playing great so far and are 3-2 on the season.

And a GM can't predict injuries.
