It was the first game that I have been able to attend in a few years as Atlanta hasn't hosted the Skins in awhile. For one reason or another plans have fallen through at the last minute to attend games in Jacksonville and Carolina over the past couple of years. That being said, I was pretty excited to have the opportunity to make the trip to "The Big Easy" despite the fact that it was being played for little more than pride. It didn't hurt that the game fell on the day before New Year's Eve. If you have been unable to make it to a game and see Tony Banks call a timeout in person, it is truly a sight to behold. The perfect form that he displays when placing his right hand perpendicular to the plam of his left hand is mesmerizing. I won't know what to do next year when we actually have a timeout left going into the second or fourth quarter. I can't complain too much because we won, although I thought briefly that we might be facing a long night after he floated his gift in the first quarter. Here are a few pics that I took at the game. One day I would like to go to an away game somewhere like New Orleans. I have been to a game up in Philly one time but that was more like trying to stay alive then watching a game. HA HA!! I know the two road games I have been to in Seattle and Arizona there has been a strong contingent of Redskins fans @ both games (especially Arizona). People that I have talked to that have seen Redskin’s Games when they are on the road have always told me that they draw a crowd.
