The last I have heard/read is we missed out on Grimm, etal...... and we have more additions to make. Gibbs made it clear that the decisions of the F/O and coaching staff as to needs and targeted players were to be a united effort. Everyone on the same page, as it were. It seems we have to have all coaches in place to determine where we want to go ala free agency and in the draft. Lot's of film to watch before a united coaching decision can be made, per player. thinker Posted January 22, 2004 Share Posted January 22, 2004 The Skins still need a DL coach and a LB coach. Greg Williams wants his two guys from the same positions in Buffalo.
