All In
http://www.timesdispatch.com/sports/football/redskins/MGBGPD1FNUC.html Here's a quote from Robert Jones. "LaVar is taking the right approach. I see it in the meeting room. I see it in how he practices. I see it in how he dedicates his time to getting well in the training room. "He is simply becoming a professional and is not relying strictly on his athletic ability."
Brave
"He is simply becoming a professional and is not relying strictly on his athletic ability." Call that a lesson learned last year. Learned well, in fact. "The Redskins started winning. People started to notice that Arrington, in just his second season, was a major reason for that." This statement could be taken as a compliment to a large part of extremeskins. Even during the 0-5 period most everyone on this board recognized Arrington's improved play right out of the gate. He and Smoot (and at times the O-Line) were perhaps the only bright spots during that horrid month.
