Keep him on the roster in hopes someone will get a starting QB hurt and be willing to give us a 4th or 5th round pick, but do not put him on the active roster and potentially incur the 16 mil cap hit next year if he is hurt and cannot play. While I was all for RG3 in the past. I also recognize there is a time when one has to give up on potential and focus on making it work; that time is now.
