Just a little write-up on some observations, opinions, and predictions.

Let's start w/ last week's performance.

Smoot's pic was huge. He showed some skill on that play. Phenomenal INT.

Arrington continues to be a force to opposing offenses. After his clothesline to McNabb, he set a tone for the game. The linebacking core is strong, physical, and game-changing.

OK..why do we keep playing Johnson? His blocking is not good enough to keep him in the game...he is beat often. Plus, he provides no real running or recieving threat...Rock should be starting here.

The roughing the passer call on McNabb came just after a no-call that would have given the skins a break. On the dirve prior, when Ransey re-hurt his sprianed shoulder, After he was hit(twice), an Eagle LANDED on him intentionally. This was a horrible no-call. And then, to turn around a call RTP on Arrington when he pulled up and barely touched McNabb was very frustrating to watch. These officials are killing the league this year.

So, here's an interesting note...

Both the Giants and now the Bucs have lost in OT on Monday night the week before they traveled to DC. Coincidence?

OK, so no more audibles! This has to end. It seems that even when these audibles are called, nothing super positive has come from them...only confusion and lack of continuity from a brand-new team that is still struggling to learn the system. If an audible is necessary, call a hot route, or build a swing pass or something into the play so this does not happen. Regardless of what directly causes the false starts, this needs to be curtailed.

OK...bye Dockery. He good in rotation. He had a GREAT block on a screen that cleared the flat, but he doesn't have the stamina yet. Save his play, and rotate the position.

All in all, we're still hanging in there. The ability of this team to comeback is like nothing I have ever seen. Soon, we need to put together a full game.

This needs to happen by next week if we want to have a chance.
