They were setting up a kick to tie the game - a game in which they're struggling offensively so there's no guarantee that they'd have another similar opportunity if they fail, so no one suspected they'd fake it. And they run a big, fast, athletic guy with good hands downfield. It was a fantastic call and was well-executed.
